Welcome to The Studio — a charming upstairs studio apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Accessed by a private spiral staircase, the unit features an open layout with a full bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a fully equipped kitchenette complete with an induction cooktop, cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances—everything you need to prepare meals at home. Step outside to your own private 200sq ft patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

My wife (a travel nurse) and I spent three months living on Mike and Tina’s Ranch, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We resided in the Barndominium, but regularly took advantage of the rest of the property. As avid birders, we were immediately excited by the diversity of feathered friends that call the area home. That’s not to mention the farm fowl and other animal neighbors we got to visit all the time. Outside of the Ranch itself, there a lots of birding hotspots in the area that draw nature enthusiasts from around the world. I was traveling with my kayak; and within the first few days of our stay, Mike and Tina offered to take me to their property on the Gulf to do some paddling. That was just the first of many examples of generosity on their part. In all the furnished rentals we’ve stayed in over the past couple years, there are usually pros and cons to each. Rancho Los Tres Corrales is the only one that is simply all pros. From the gracious and fun hosts, to the beautiful sunsets and serene surroundings; whether riding bikes around the countryside or taking an evening dip in the indoor pool, never have I felt so much like I’m living on a permanent vacation. We definitely plan to visit again!

I rent a small studio apartment at this Ranch. Tina and Mike are exceptional hosts, generous and responsive. The Ranch is magical; the barnyard animals, the pond, the indoor pool, and the large covered outdoor bar and lounge areas make this space so enjoyable. I love living here. The guests who come for the short term rentals, to camp, or to hold an event on the property all talk about what a beautiful space this is. I can't recommend this place highly enough. (We, also, get fresh chicken, duck, and/or goose eggs daily.)
